I have known Lynn for many years and as a life coach and friend I feel very blessed to have her in my life . She has always been a person you can rely on in any situation. She has inspired my daughter so much in coming out with her sexuality as a pan sexual . She has definitely inspired me to be myself .
LyF is great. I’ve known her for several years. She’s been my life coach for the past couple years and has helped my come through some pretty tough times. I have always been spiritual but in earnest started my spiritual journey about 10 years ago. That journey has had many ups and downs. LyF has been able to make me see things I didn’t or couldn’t. Extremely knowledgeable, kind and able to work things through in a way that you come out on the other side a better person. I continue to work with LyF because she makes me a better person here and in my spiritual growth.
Just had to share this#Win with you all. I did a online Reiki Sesh with lynn and OMG the whole experience was magical! I felt some deep energetic shifts that helped me have more energy, clarity, and focus plus i don't feel like emotionally eating like i was! I had some fears about negative energy which has dissipated too!!
